Guidelines for the Resource Lending Library
We have established the following as guidelines as we begin this project. Please note that these " Resource Lending Library" guidelines will be a work in progress that will evolve as more questions are asked and answered and as we get more experience with how it is going to work.
Resource Lending Library Guidelines:
* Any member congregation can participate in the sharing of Resources. Please complete a Resource Lending Library Form to identify the items that you have available for loan. As you acquire more Resources, notify the Librarian of the additional Resource so that it can be added to the Library.
* Once the Library is established, a Resource Listing will be distributed to all member congregations.
* To borrow a Resource, contact the Librarian who will then put you in touch with the appropriate contact who owns that Resource.
* The Borrower is responsible for all postage fees associated with mailing the item(s) and will reimburse the Owner upon receipt of the item(s).
* The Borrower is fully responsible for the Resource and agrees to replace it if unreturned, lost or damaged.
* The Borrower agrees to return the item to the original Owner within 6 months of borrowing the item (or make appropriate arrangements with the Owner).
